20-minute monodrama for medium-high voice and Pierrot-ish chamber ensemble (violin, viola, cello, flute, two Bb clarinets, alto saxophone, trumpet, trombone, bass trombone, piano, 2 percussionists), on Sara Teasdale's long epic poem "Helen of Troy", which gives an account of the Trojan War's aftermath from Helen's point of view.  Commissioned by Michelle Perrin Blair and the Durward Ensemble.  Parts available on request.
